HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) -

State prosecutors have announced the arrests of three people accused of trafficking heroin in Lancaster County.

Attorney General Kathleen Kane identified the suspects as Jennifer Galarza, 35, and Elber Quinones, 36, both of Lancaster, and Joel Guisbert, 33, of Strasburg.

Kane said Galarza was a significant source of the heroin sold in Lancaster County, and during the investigation sold more than 55 grams of heroin with an estimated street value of $30,000 to undercover agents.

Quinones allegedly traveled to Reading and Philadelphia with Galarza in order to buy heroin that was later sold in Lancaster County, Kane said in a news release Tuesday.

Galarza, Quinones and Guisbert were each charged with delivery of heroin and criminal conspiracy.

The attorney general's office said the investigation is continuing and more arrests are anticipated.
