DRUMORE, Pa. (WHTM) -

A body pulled from the Susquehanna River in Lancaster County over the weekend had been in the water no more than 24 to 48 hours, according to the coroner.

Lancaster County Coroner Steve Diamantoni said Monday that his office is using dental records to positively identify the man.

Diamantoni said an autopsy determined the cause of death of fresh water drowning and multiple traumatic injuries.

The body was found at around noon Sunday on the east bank of the river in Drumore Township.
