CONESTOGA, Pa. (WHTM) -

A body pulled from the Susquehanna River in Lancaster County has been identified as that of a Reading man who went missing after his boat capsized nearly two weeks ago.

The Lancaster County Coroner's Office has identified the body as that of 57-year-old Jose A. Suarez-Lopez.

His body was found Thursday afternoon near the 1300 block of River Hill Road in Conestoga Township. An autopsy was scheduled for Friday.

Suarez-Lopez disappeared April 13 after his boat capsized near Jack's Island, just north of Shenk's Ferry.

His girlfriend, 49-year-old Bertha Castro, also of Reading, was rescued by another boater shortly after the accident.
