Police in Steelton are investigating an incident were several shots were fired outside I.W. Abel Hall where about 200 teenagers were gathered for a birthday party Saturday night.
Police said an uninvited guest was seen inside the hall with a weapon and was asked to leave the party, and as he was getting into a white Nissan Maxima occupied by two females he fired 3-5 rounds into the air.
No one was injured, and the person who fired the shots has not been located.
Police spent the night searching for shell casings, but they were unable to find any. They plan to interview more witnesses as the investigation continues.
The party did have parental supervision, and even private security.
