LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) -

Authorities arrested two suspects following an undercover investigation into illegal drug activity in Lancaster.

Police reported that after receiving tips about drug activity, officers have been focusing on a residence in the 500 block of South Lime Street. Surveillance of the area quickly confirmed the reports, and police began an undercover investigation.

While serving a search warrant, officers were able to arrest the two people of interest, 45-year-old Cornell Samuel Parks and 43-year-old Kathleen Williams.

During their search police found marijuana and illegal drug paraphernalia related to the sale of cocaine inside the home.

Officers also seized over $860 and two large-screen televisions.

Following the arrests, Parks and Williams were transported to the Lancaster City Police Department for processing. Williams was booked and then released, while Parks was committed to Lancaster City Prison on a detainer.

Both were charged with one count each of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
