Police: man robbed Springettsbury Township bank

YORK, Pa. (WHTM) -

A man walked into a York bank and demanded money from a teller at 3:25 this afternoon.

Springettsbury Township Police say the man presented a note demanding money to a teller at the People's Bank on the 2400 block of Eastern Boulevard. They said the man fled with an undisclosed amount of money before police arrived.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male in his late 20s with medium build and short hair. He is 5'9" tall and was wearing jeans, a button up shirt and a red Cincinnati baseball cap.
