The five Harrisburg mayoral candidates gathered for a debate Wednesday night at the Harrisburg Hilton Hotel. For nearly two hours, they discussed everything from the city's financial troubles to crime.
The event was hosted by the Harrisburg Young Professionals. abc27 anchor Dennis Owens moderated.
The debate kicked off with financial issues, including the Securities and Exchange Commission recently charging the city with fraud.
The candidates moved onto their take on the city filing for bankruptcy and ways to combat crime.
The primary election is less than two weeks away.
