CAMP HILL, Pa. (WHTM) -

A truck driver sustained minor injuries Thursday morning when he crashed his tractor-trailer while exiting Route 581 at the Carlisle Pike in Hampden Township, Cumberland County.

State police said 41-year-old Armel Joachim, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was transported to Harrisburg Hospital after the crash.

Joachim was traveling too fast for conditions while taking the curve on the exit, police said. The tractor-trailer rolled onto its left side and struck the center concrete barrier.

The crash at 5:30 a.m. closed the exit for about two-and-a-half hours.
