LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) -

State police in Lancaster have arrested a Delaware County man for aiding three people charged with killing a Drumore Township man during a home invasion robbery last summer.

Emlyn Jones, 24, of Media, was taken into custody Tuesday and charged with aiding consummation of crime, hindering apprehension or prosecution, and receiving stolen property, police said.

Jones allegedly participated in the concealment of a shotgun and a prybar used in the August 17 killing of Douglas Herr, police said in a news release.

Investigators said Jones also received about $55,000 to $65,000 of the money stolen from Herr by Cody Wunder, 25, his brother Kyle, 23, both of Aston, and 27-year-old Stephen Harmer, of Kirkwood.

Prosecutors have said the defendants went to Herr's home at 1297 Furniss Road because Harmer knew the victim had a safe with about $200,000 in cash that he had received in a settlement from his wife's death in 2009.

After the three broke into the house, investigators said the 62-year-old Herr retrieved a gun and used it to shoot Cody Wunder during a struggle in an upstairs hallway. Moments later, Kyle Wunder shot Herr in the head with a shotgun, according to prosecutors.

Jones was placed in the Delaware County Prison on $150,000 bail. His co-defendants are being held without bail as they await trial.
