Clouds have returned, and now showers, and maybe even a rumble of thunder will move into Central PA through the early morning hours. This is the leading edge of a warm front that will bring warmer temperatures, and higher humidity levels back to the region.
Tuesday is looking mostly cloudy with the threat for scattered thunderstorms through the day. You'll notice the humidity kicking in as dewpoints creep up into the 60s. That humidity will stick around through the rest of the week. Temperatures will be held in check Tuesday due to the clouds, but partly cloudy skies later in the week will allow the temperatures to soar to near 90 Thursday & Friday.
By the weekend, the atmosphere will be soupy enough to allow for some thunderstorms to be in the area both Saturday & Sunday, with the higher chances aimed at Sunday. By Monday a cold front will approach the region with additional chances for some rain, with cooler temperatures in tow.
Enjoy the remainder of your holiday weekend.
