Zink was arraigned and is being held in the York County Correctional Facility in
lieu of $150,000 cash bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for June
The other three men included in these arrests are 22-year-old Ronald Stubblebine of Reading, Berks County; 25-year-old Michael DelTufo of Blairsville, Indiana County; and 45-year-old Gregory Vaughn of Jeanette, Westmoreland County.
