Police in Lancaster County are investigating a bank robbery at a bank in Elizabethtown.
On May 29 at around 3:25 p.m. the Northwest Lancaster County Regional Police Department arrived at the Fulton Bank in the plaza along the 1600 block of South Market Street after receiving a report of an armed robbery.
According to authorities, the robber entered the bank and gave the teller a note indicating he had a gun, though the teller did not see any firearm displayed, and demanded money.
The robber fled the bank through the main exit with an undisclosed amount of money.
Police searched the area but could not find the robber.
Officials say the robber was in his late 20s, between 6-foot and 6-foot-1. He was approximately 200 pounds and was wearing black framed glasses, a dark blue baseball cap, a light long-sleeved blue button-down shirt, dark jeans and dark sneakers. He may have had a goatee/facial hair.
