HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) -

A Lebanon County man has been indicted by a federal grand jury in Harrisburg for allegedly stealing firearms and possessing and selling stolen firearms.

Jacob D. Sattazahn, 26, of Annville, was indicted June 5, the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced Monday.

According to U.S. Attorney Peter Smith, Sattazahn in April stole 12 firearms, including five pistols, six military-style rifles and a shotgun from his former employer.

Sattazahn's former employer, IWI, Inc., is a Harrisburg firm which receives, stores, assembles, sells and ships firearms.
