Police have made a second arrest following a burglary in Lebanon County on June 2.
According to authorities, a masked man forced his way into a residence on the 500 block of Church Street at around 5:25 p.m. There were four adults and two juveniles in the home at the time of the incident.
The burglar, who was carrying a gun, demanded money and synthetic marijuana from one of the men in the home.
Police said that the burglar was still at the home when they arrived at the scene. They took him into custody. They reported that the burglar's gun was a BB/pellet-type handgun.
Officials identified the suspect as 28-year-old Mario Torres of Lebanon. He was acquainted with the victims.
Torres is being housed at
Lebanon County Correctional Facility in lieu of $50,000 bail.
During a police investigation, authorities determined that Torres did not act alone. They determined that 23-year-old Damian Woodson, also of Lebanon, planned the robbery with Torres.
On June 8 police found Woodson in a home in the 700 block of Lehman Street. He was arrested without incident. He was arraigned and placed in Lebanon County Correctional Facility on $75,000 bail.
Both Torres and Woodson were charged with robbery, possession of instruments of crime, conspiracy and simple assault. Torres also faces charges for burglary, theft and reckless endangerment.
