HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) -

A Harrisburg-native who tours with the Harlem Globetrotter was featured in a video released today to support the Jersey Shore's efforts to attract business after the devastation caused by Hurricane Sandy.

Handles Franklin, who has been with the Globetrotters for seven years, helped create the video while preparing for games in Wildwood, NJ. According to Globetrotters Spokesman Eric Nemeth, the video is a goodwill effort to support the state's multi-million dollar ad campaign dubbed "Stronger than the Storm."

The video features Franklin doing a variety of basketball tricks at 13 different locations in 11 beach towns. Nemeth said no green screen was used to make the video.

"There is still sand in his sneakers," he joked.

The Globetrotters will play four games in Wildwood, NJ from August 7-10.
