New for 2013: Kids camps in Camp Hill and the Friendship Center, and scuba birthday parties hosted at your private pool or at the West Shore YMCA!

Here are the camps and classes for this summer.  To learn more, click on the course title. We are available and happy to answer questions or provide further information at (717) 836-7699.

What a great way to introduce children to scuba diving! Experience what scuba diving is like under the direct care and supervision of a trained PADI Instructor. Kids 8+ take their first breath underwater and learn about and use scuba diving equipment made for children - not adults. Divers log their dives in their own Bubblemaker log book and receive a Bubblemaker water toy at the end of their dive. Children should be comfortable in the water, but they don't have to be super swimmers.

Seal Team
The Seal Team program is for young divers who are looking for action-packed fun in a pool by doing exciting scuba AquaMissions. This is a structured program developed for kids 8+ to develop and reinforce safe scuba diving skills under the direct supervision of a trained PADI instructor. Children complete 5 AquaMissions and receive Seal Team membership at the end of the 5th AquaMission.

Discover Scuba Diving
Have you ever wondered what it's like to breathe under water? If you want to find out but aren't quite ready to take the plunge into a certification course, Discover Scuba Diving will let you try scuba to see if you like it. While not an actual scuba certification, during the Discover Scuba Diving experience you'll learn how to use scuba equipment in shallow water and get a quick and easy introduction to what it takes to explore the underwater world.

Open Water Certification
Get your PADI scuba certification. If you've always wanted to learn how to scuba dive, discover new adventures or simply see the wondrous world beneath the waves, this is where it starts. The PADI Open Water Diver course is the world's most popular scuba course, and has introduced millions of people to the adventurous diving lifestyle.

Advanced Open Water
Exploration, Excitement, Experiences.
They're what the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course is all about. And no, you don't have to be "advanced" to take it – it's designed so you can go straight into it after the PADI Open Water Diver course. The Advanced Open Water Diver course helps you increase your confidence and build your scuba skills so you can become more comfortable in the water. This is a great way to get more dives under your belt while continuing to learn under the supervision of your PADI Instructor. This course builds on what you've learned and develops new capabilities by introducing you to new activities and new ways to have fun scuba diving

Rescue Diver
"Challenging" and "rewarding" best describe the PADI Rescue Diver course. Building upon what you've already learned, this course expands on what you already know about how to prevent problems, and how to manage them if they occur.
