A York County man is on his way back to Pennsylvania to face charges in the killing of a Carroll Township woman.
Bryan Wayne Brackbill Jr., 32, was extradited this morning from Missouri, where he was captured June 3 after allegedly fleeing from state troopers in Sandra Mulder's car.
Mulder's body was found the previous day inside her home in the 200 block of Chestnut Grove Road. Investigators said the 52-year-old had been dead for about a day, and her wrists and ankles had been bound with pink duct tape.
Brackbill was homeless when Mulder took him in about a year
ago, according to her friends.
He has been charged with criminal homicide, unlawful restraint, theft,
and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
