State police in Jonestown have arrested a Lebanon man for having sexual contact with minors.
Joshua James Stump, 33, allegedly had sexual contact with a 15-year-old girl and a 10-year-old girl, according to a police news release.
The alleged incidents occurred between September 2010 and April 2013 at locations in Lebanon and in Millcreek Township, police said.
Stump was arraigned on 28 criminal charges including aggravated indecent assault, unlawful contact with a minor, and corruption of minors, according to online court documents.
He was released after posting $15,000 bail and was scheduled for a preliminary hearing July 18.
