The passing of a weak cold front will not cool us off much, but it
will drop the humidity levels. The clouds associated with the front
keep temperatures between 65 and 70F tonight, so Monday starts out
mild. Any threat of showers should be over for the night.
tomorrow afternoon more sunshine will break through with partly cloudy
skies. There is an outside chance for a stray thunderstorm, but the
majority of the day should be dry. The best chance of rain will be
along a stalling cold front off to our south.
The best chance for some rainfall is Tuesday this week. A developing low pressure system rolling by will give us that chance, but again it may not provide much in the bucket overall. After the system leaves we are left with a dry area of high pressure which promises at least two cool nights for Tuesday and Wednesday. Then the air mass will warm and temperatures shoot up into the middle and upper 80s by next weekend.
