Dillsburg man faces corruption of minors charges

DILLSBURG, Pa. (WHTM) -

A Dillsburg man was charged with corruption of minors after police said he sent an underage girl sexually explicit text messages and had indecent contact with her.

Michael Ray Blackburn, Jr. of the first block of Warrington Road was arrested on June 13 following an investigation into his contact with a 15-year-old girl in Upper Allen Township.

On the evening of May 31 into the morning of June 1, Blackburn sent the victim texts that were sexually explicit in nature and had indecent contact with her.

Blackburn was arraigned, and bail was set at $10,000 unsecured. A preliminary hearing has been set for July 15.
