HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) -

Police are trying to identify a woman who allegedly stole an air conditioner from a suburban Harrisburg store.

Susquehanna Township police said the woman on Tuesday took a Sunbeam air conditioner, valued at $180, from the Rite Aid store in the 3600 block of Walnut Street.

She was seen with a man who helped her load the air conditioner into a yellow compact car, possibly a Ford Focus, police said.

Police said they believe the same two people stole approximately $1,000 worth of items from the CVS in the 500 block of N. Progress Avenue on June 17.

Investigators have released surveillance photos of the woman and the car so that someone may recognize them.

Anyone with information is asked to call Detective Osman of the Susquehanna Township Police Department at 717-909-9232.
