A Lebanon man has been jailed for having sexual contact with a child five years ago, according to police.
South Londonderry Township police said they charged 35-year-old Stephen Michael Kennedy, of the 700 block of East Walnut Street, with offenses relating to a January 2008 incident with a five-year-old child who lives in the township.
Kennedy was arraigned Thursday on counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, indecent assault, corruption of minors, endangering the welfare of a child, and indecent exposure.
He was jailed in lieu of $150,000 bail.
Kennedy was already serving a sentence for a parole violation.
