Posted: Updated:

Police have identified a Camp Hill man who they believe stole scrap metal from two York County companies.

Northern York County Regional Police said Scott Edward Morrison, 42, stole $250 worth of used brake drums from KBS Trucking, Inc. on June 2. He has also being charged with stealing from a business on the 200 block of Emig Road in Manchester Township on April 21, 2013.

Police said surveillance video shows Morrison's vehicle and him stealing scrap metal. They said their Twitter followers and visitors to their website helped identify the man from surveillance photos.

Morrison has been charged with theft, receiving stolen property, criminal trespassing, driving under a suspended license.

Police are continuing to investigate Morrison. Anyone with additional information is asked to call  717-292-3647.
