LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) -

Three people face charges stemming from a drug raid where authorities said they seized 10 pounds of marijuana and more than $50,000 in cash.

The Lancaster County Drug Task Force said detectives searched a home at 1810 Spring Ridge Lane in Lancaster Township on July 10 and found $51,000 in a large safe in the basement of the townhome and an additional $3,000 on one of the residents, 27-year-old Sean Hencmann.

Officials said a 9mm semi-automatic pistol was found hidden in a shoebox in the couple's bedroom, and detectives seized items valued at approximately $35,000 as suspected assets from drug sales.

Hencmann and his fiance, 27-year-old Shanine Medina-White, were charged with possession with intent to deliver marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal conspiracy.

Hencmann was additionally charged with a firearms offense.

Another man that did not live at the home, 31-year-old Lisangel Robles, was in the living room of the home and was in possession of a small amount of marijuana, authorities said.

He was released without charges and will be sent a summons for possession of marijuana, officials said.
