3 injured after vehicle crashes into parked car, utility pole

NEW PARK, Pa. (WHTM) -

State police in York County are investigating a single-vehicle crash that sent three young men to the hospital.

Officials said the crash occurred when the21-year-old driver, Carl Ludwig of Shrewsbury, was traveling west on New Park Road.

He lost control of his 2004 Dodge Stratus and crashed into a parked car and a utility pole.

The driver and his two passengers, 18-year-old Jacob Temple of Shrewsbury and 20-year-old Collin Gress of Stewartstown, were treated at York Hospital for minor to moderate injuries.

There is no word on their conditions at this time. The Stratus was severely damaged.

Police are still investigating.
