LEBANON, Pa. (WHTM) -

A Palmyra man will spend up to 15 years in prison for selling synthetic marijuana and bath salts at smoke shops in Lebanon, Lancaster and Cumberland counties.

William P. Zielinski, 39, was sentenced to at least five years in prison Wednesday in Lebanon County Court.

Zielinski was co-owner of Bad Boys Toys shops in Palmyra, Elizabethtown and Lemoyne when police raided the businesses in 2011 and seized synthetic marijuana, bath salts and drug paraphernalia.

Authorities said the illegal drugs - designed to mimic the effects of marijuana, cocaine and methamphetamine - were sold in the shops under names such as "snow melt," "glass cleaner," "potpourri," and "incense."

Zielinski pleaded guilty May 23 to corrupt organizations, dealing in proceeds of unlawful activity, conspiracy, illegal possession of a firearm, and 26 drug offenses.

His former business partner, 43-year-old Chris A. Neal, also of Palmyra, is scheduled for sentencing August 14.

Neal pleaded no contest last month to charges including theft, corrupt organizations, dealing in proceeds of unlawful activity, and conspiracy.
