CAMP HILL, Pa. (WHTM) -

A Harrisburg man is headed to trial for robbing a Camp Hill bank last week.

Jeremy Michael Campbell, 33, of Harrisburg, waived his preliminary hearing Wednesday morning before District Judge Paula Correal.

A formal arraignment in Cumberland County Court was scheduled for October 24.

Campbell was arrested late Friday for the robbery of the Citizens Bank at 4101 Carlisle Pike, where a day earlier he allegedly handed a written note demanding cash to a teller and repeatedly referred to the bank employee as "Ma'am," according to police.

Investigators released surveillance photos from the robbery to news media and received multiple tips. Campbell was taken into custody and eventually confessed to the crime, police said.

He has been charged with robbery and theft by unlawful taking.
