Police said the cyclist ran into the car when the driver turned in front of him Thursday morning while entering the Super 7 parking lot in the 300 block of East Hanover Street.

The driver drove through the parking lot and then up to the cyclist and asked if was injured. He then sped away and headed down East Penn Street, police said.
