A Millersburg man was arrested after state police in Lykens say he stole copper wire from a garage and scrap metal from a military surplus store.
According to officials, 20-year-old Joshua Lenz entered an unoccupied home along the 600 block of Center Street in Upper Paxton Township and stole copper wire.
He then sold the wire and other scrap metal items from another victim to the Coleman's Military Surplus Store in Millersburg on August 8.
Lenz was charged with burglary, theft, criminal trespass, receiving stolen property, theft by deception and criminal mischief. He was arraigned on August 14 and remanded to Dauphin County Prison.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Oct. 15.
