LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) -

A Lancaster County woman has been found guilty of stealing packages left at homes during the 2011 holiday shopping season.

Patricia Ann Burnett, 39, of Manheim Township, was convicted on 16 counts of theft by unlawful taking and 20 counts of receiving stolen property during a bench trial before a county judge last week.

Police last year charged Burnett with stealing $6,000 worth of electronics, toys, tools, DVDs and books shortly after the packages were delivered to homes.

A sentencing hearing was scheduled for October 22.

Burnett is still awaiting trial on burglary and racketeering charges filed last month. Police said she burglarized the homes of three people she knew and sold their belongings at yard sales and over the Internet.
