A Lancaster man was treated at a hospital after he was attacked during an argument with three of his tenants, police said.
Manheim Township police said the 42-year-old landlord was punched in the face and assaulted Friday evening in the first block of North Broad Street, in Lancaster Township.
Fearing for his safety, the landlord produced a handgun for which he has a permit. A struggle ensued over control of the gun, and the landlord was able to run from the house, police said.
He was transported to the hospital and treated for a facial fracture and multiple abrasions and contusions, police said.
Officers charged Wilbert A. Sanchez, 22, Jackeline Rodriguez, 22, and Alberto Sanchez, 63, with aggravated assault.
Alberto Sanchez was committed to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail. Rodriguez was committed to Lancaster County Prison on a probation violation, and police have a warrant for the arrest of Wilbert Sanchez.
