Police: Two arrested in high speed chase in Dauphin Co.

State Police were led on a high speed pursuit Monday morning in Dauphin County.

Officials say 26-year-old Kattie Lowry, of Harrisburg, was driving in the area of I 83 NB at US 22 and when police followed her she began to drive at speeds over 130 miles per hour.

The chase ended three miles later on I 81 NB. 

Police arrested Lowry on multiple charges including felony fleeing.

The passenger, 21-year-old Jessica Koch of Harrisburg was found to be in possession of narcotics and arrested for related drug offenses.

Both Lowry and Koch were taken to Dauphin County Judicial Center.
