Police have arrested three men on child pornography charges as part of an ongoing effort to target the online sharing, downloading and distribution of child pornography.
Attorney General Kathleen G. Kane identified the defendants as Richard Moore, 40, Clinton County, John Scheibelhut, 48, Franklin County and David Adduci, age unknown, Philadelphia.
Moore was arrested August 22 after investigators determined files containing explicit sexual depictions of children, especially pre-teens, were allegedly downloaded to his computer.
John Scheibelhut was arrested Wednesday following an online investigation. According to the criminal complaint, Scheibelhut downloaded numerous files depicting children engaged in sexually graphic acts and poses.
Scheibelhut was arraigned at the Franklin County Central Booking facility and held on $200,000 cash bail.
David Adduci was also arrested Wednesday following an eight-month investigation.
The charges state that Adduci downloaded images of children as young as 3-years-old engaged is sexually graphic activity.
