The tastes of long cooking don't always require us to be tied to the kitchen. You'll love this version of Slow Cooker Pork 'n' Beans 'cause the cooker does all the work!
Cooking Time: 6 hr
What You'll Need:
1 (3-pound) boneless whole pork loin roast, cut in half
1 onion, sliced
3 (15-ounce) cans pork and beans
2 cups barbecue sauce
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup bacon bits
What To Do:
1. Place pork in a 5-quart slow cooker; top with onion slices.
2. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat.
3. Cover and cook on high 6 to 8 hours, or until meat is tender. Remove roast; shred with 2 forks. Return meat to slow cooker, mix well, and serve.
