LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) -
Lancaster police said they have identified seven convicted sex offenders within the city who have failed to register with authorities as required by Megan's Law.
Police said arrest warrants were issued for the seven men after unsuccessful efforts to locate them.
Each was charged with a second-degree felony of failure to register and/or failure to verify address or be photographed.
Police identified the men as Robinson Diaz-Cortez, 46; Ralph Kenneth Ditzler, 45; Kenneth Garrison, 60; Marquis Green, 30; Rahim Johnson, aka Yakqui Johnson, 32; Calvin Mobley, 22; and Robert Sviben, 50.
