Police in Dauphin County are investigating a string of daylight burglaries.
Susquehanna Township police said six homes have been burglarized over the past two weeks.
In some of the cases, the suspects walked around and knocked on doors to see whether anyone was home. When there is no answer, they force their way in through a window or door, police said.
"Neighbors be on the lookout for your neighbors," Susquehanna Township Police Chief Robert Martin said. "If anybody suspicious is walking around the neighborhood, please call the police so we can check them out. And if anyone's knocking on your door that you don't know, don't answer it and call the police right away."
Police are still trying to determine whether the cases are connected.
