Teen stabbed during fight in Lancaster

LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) -

A Lancaster teen was sent to a hospital after he was stabbed in the chest during a fight Tuesday afternoon, according to city police.

The unidentified 18-year-old underwent surgery for his injuries and was listed in stable condition, police said.

Officers had responded to the area of 722 Manor Street for a fight in progress shortly after 4 p.m. when they found the victim and a large group of people.

Investigators have interviewed witnesses and those who were involved in the disturbance, and two people were brought into the police station for questioning.

No arrests were announced.
