State police in Jonestown said they plan to file charges against two men who argued at a school bus stop in South Annville Township this morning.
Terry Longenecker and Joseph Wolfe, both of Annville, each face a single count of disorderly conduct, police said.
Longenecker was videotaping school buses near his home so that he could document traffic violations when he was confronted by Wolfe, who believed the camera to be pointed at his children, police said.
Authorities said the video proved that Longenecker was not videotaping the children, but had the camera fixed on a stop sign just past the bus stop.
Longenecker admitted that he threatened Wolfe and retrieved a shotgun from his home when Wolfe walked onto his property in a threatening manner, police said.
Authorities said at no point were children at the bus stop endangered.
