YORK, Pa. (WHTM) -

A trailer lost a wheel and part of its load on Route 30 in York County this morning.

Springettsbury Township police said the wheel came off and struck two vehicles, and a piece of wood fell from the trailer and was struck by two other vehicles in the area of Mount Zion Road around 7:40 a.m.

No one was injured and none of the vehicles had to be towed, police said.

The driver pulling the trailer, Rodrigo Castano-Castanda of West Grove, was cited after officers found the trailer was overweight, police said.

One lane of Route 30 westbound was closed for about an hour.
