A former teacher at the Yellow Breeches Education Center's Fishing Creek Campus is awaiting a preliminary hearing on charges she had a sexual relationship with a 17-year-old student.
Alicia Paige Hall, 27, allegedly engaged in several sexual encounters with the boy between February and June of last year, according to a criminal complaint.
The teen told investigators that he and Hall had sex at his residence, at a Harrisburg area motel, in her vehicle and in Delaware during a school trip, the complaint states.
Police confirmed Hall rented rooms at the motel three times in March 2012, and a check of her phone records showed multiple phone calls were made between Hall and the teen between February and June, the document states.
Hall, who is now living in Syracuse, NY, told investigators that she never called the boy and never met with him outside of school, the complaint states.
Police said the investigation began when they were contacted by the program director of the Fishing Creek Campus in West Hanover Township in September 2012.
Yellow Breeches Education Center, which has other campuses in Annville, Boiling Springs, Carlisle and Newville, offers education programs for secondary school-aged students identified with emotional support needs and are at risk to fail in the traditional academic setting, according to its website.
Hall was arrested last month on charges of institutional sexual assault, corruption of minors and unlawful contact with a minor. She was later released on $75,000 bail.
Her preliminary hearing is scheduled Monday.
