A shutdown blame game took place on Tuesday. The president pointed the finger at members of GOP and Republicans blamed Senate Democrats.
In a statement, Democratic Senator Bob Casey said, in part, "Pennsylvanians have a right to be angry that a reckless minority in one faction of one party in one house of Congress has forced the government to shut down for the first time in 17 years, and I share their outrage."
"It unfortunate they (Democrats) just say no," Republican Rep. Scott Perry said. "They say 'no and that's the end of it.' They don't say 'no....but would you consider this. "
