A York man has been arrested for failing to register as a convicted sex offender.
Jason Robert Dunn, 29, was convicted in 2008 of raping a child in North Carolina and was required to provide his address to police under Megan's Law, according to the U.S. Marshal's Service.
York police charged Dunn with failure to comply with registration requirements on September 26.
Authorities said he was located Tuesday in the 300 block of S. Sherman Street and arrested without incident.
