Update: Campbell Co. Boil Water Advisory Continues
Update: 7:00 a.m.
Campbell Co., VA - County officials say a boil water advisory for some neighborhoods will continue until Thursday.
Crews responded to a major water main break Tuesday night.
Officials tell us the subdivisions affected include: Russell Springs, Russell Meadows, Lake Walk, Russell Woods. The boil water advisory is also in effect for residents on Lynbrooke Road going toward the airport.
Campbell Co., VA - The Campbell County Water Authority said they have a major water line break affecting about 1200 customers Tuesday night.
The break, along 29 South, caused outages in parts of Rustburg, Wards Road and Waterlick Road.
The Campbell County Water Authority thinks water will be restored by Wednesday morning.
They ask that boil water for 60 seconds before drinking it to make sure that is safe.

UPDATE: The woman's husband told reporter Angela Hatcher the suspect dragged his wife, Melissa Cochran, out of the shower, by her hair, naked into the front yard. James Cochran said the man entered the home through their basement door.More >>
