A York County woman has pleaded no contest to two counts of homicide by vehicle for a crash two years ago that fatally injured her 4-year-old son and her mother.
Lepree Vonay Christian, 23, also pleaded guilty Tuesday to two counts of accidents involving death or injury while not properly licensed, DUI, driving with a suspended license and careless driving, according to court documents.
Sentencing was scheduled for Dec. 16.
Police said Christian lost control on a wet roadway before her car left the 2700 block of Windsor Road in Windsor Township and struck a tree stump on the night of May 16, 2011.
Her mother, 41-year-old Tamara Christian, was ejected from the car and pronounced dead at the scene.
Her son, LaShawn Christian, died three days later at Penn State Hershey Medical Center.
Police said no one in the car was wearing a seatbelt.
