Carlisle police said they filed charges against two juveniles who assaulted on a 65-year-old man over a parking space.
The 17-year-olds were charged with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct for the incident Friday afternoon in the 200 block of W. North Street, police said.
One of the teens struck the man with a tree branch before throwing several punches, while the other boy attacked the victim from behind, threw him to the ground and kicked him in the face, police said.
Police said the entire incident was captured on the borough's surveillance camera system. The video will not be released.
