No students were injured in a crash involving an Eastern Lancaster County school bus Monday afternoon.
New Holland police said 47 students were on the bus when it was struck from behind in the 300 block of E. Main Street at around 2:20 p.m.
The driver of the other vehicle, 22-year-old Kaitlyn S. McGarvey of Leola, failed to see the bus had stopped for traffic, police said.
Her vehicle was wedged under the school bus and required towing.
Police said she would be sent a summons for failing to drive her vehicle at a safe speed.
