A Texas man was jailed in the Cumberland County Prison after he threatened to shoot customers in a Middlesex Township bar, according to police.
Jose J. Diaz, 35, of Grand Prairie, was charged with three counts of terroristic threats for an incident Saturday night.
Diaz became agitated while inside the bar of a local motel. He claimed to be a member of the Mexican mafia and threatened to return with a gun and shoot everyone inside, police said.
Responding officers found him in a room at the motel along with other people. He refused to cooperate with police and repeatedly threatened the lives of the officers, authorities said.
His bail was set at $6,500 cash.
