Campbell Co. Seniors Hold 'Family Feud' Competition With Special Guest Host From ABC 13

Lynchburg, VA – It wasn't the nationally syndicated Steve Harvey version of the game, but a group of senior citizens had their very own version of Family Feud Tuesday.

The Campbell County Recreation Senior Program invited ABC 13's Jamey Singleton to host a special version of Family Feud Monday morning at the Waterlick Moose Lodge.

Over 80 seniors participated in the game, set up by volunteers from the senior program.

There were also "Price is Right" games included in the fun.

Jamey even kissed the ladies hands, in Richard Dawson fashion, during the competition.

The lively group of seniors were just as competitive as contestants on the TV shows.

Lunch was provided after the games.

The festivities were all part of the organization's "Octoberfest" celebration.

The winning team of seniors were presented with a huge trophy to commemorate their victory. Everyone ended up winning something during the competition.

"It's a good thing I'm single," Singleton said at one point to the crowd. "I've never kissed so many ladies in such a short time in my life," he said, jokingly.
