Lancaster man jailed in shots-fired incident

LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) -

A Lancaster man has been arrested for a shots fired incident Saturday evening inside a home in the 500 block of E. Strawberry Street.

Kyle Maleak Baldwin, 21, faces a preliminary hearing Nov. 1 on charges of discharging a firearm into an occupied residence, reckless endangerment, and possession with intent to deliver cocaine, according to city police.

Investigators arrested Baldwin in the 400 block of Green Street and then searched his home in the 500 block of Woodward Street, where they found a .38 caliber handgun that had been reported stolen in 2011, approximately 106 grams of suspected crack cocaine, $2,500 cash and packaging material, police said.

Baldwin was jailed in Lancaster County Prison on $300,000 cash bail.

The investigation is ongoing and additional charges are possible, police said.
