A bullet fired early Friday went through the wall of a Lebanon home and entered a room where a two-year-old girl was sleeping, according to police.
A woman who lives in the 1300 block of Church Street told officers she heard people arguing in the home that adjoins hers, then heard what she believed to be a single gunshot before the arguing stopped, police said.
She then found a bullet hole in the wall that adjoins her neighbor's house, police said. No one was injured.
Police said they searched the adjoining residence and located a shell casing, but no injured people were found and the house was no longer occupied.
The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to call Lebanon police at 717-272-6611.
